Mission Statement
The mission of the University Advising Center is to help undergraduate students fulfill their educational goals, achieve academically and graduate.

The University Advising Center seeks to create a vital link between the university community and its undergraduate students, articulate the institution's academic purposes, and help students understand and negotiate the institution's rules, regulations and requirements.

Guiding Principles

• Provide students with prompt, courteous and respectful service delivered by well-trained staff who are knowledgeable of the most current, up-to-date information.
• Help students and the university community understand the institution's academic programs, purposes, policies and procedures by disseminating information in a consistent manner.
• Exchange information with other units in a collaborative partnership.
• Serve students and university community with integrity and conduct unit activities according to established codes of ethics and confidentiality.
• Foster a working atmosphere where all employees can contribute to open communication, mutual support, trust and respect.
• Continuously review and improve our processes.
