Residency Requirement
I am a senior. Am I still able to transfer courses from other institutions?
Each school and college at WSU has established residency requirements. Depending upon which program you are enrolled in you may still be able to transfer courses from another institution. The rules for each college appear below. Please be aware the credit by exam does not interrupt residency, nor does it count towards the residency requirement.

| Education | Minimum 30 credits in the College of Education During final year, no more than 10 transfer credits will be accepted Student must be in residence during the semester in which graduation requirements are completed For certificate programs, at least 15 credit hours must be completed at WSU |

| Liberal Arts | Last 30 credit hours |
| Interdisciplinary Studies Program | Minimum of 40 credit hours in WSU courses |

| Social Work | Minimum of 30 credit hours in the School of Social Work |
